Thank you for visiting our website. We are so excited about your interest in our local church. This page is dedicated to providing information about what you can expect when visiting the Gallatin Church of God of Prophecy.

Where do I Park?

We suggest for you to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the service time to allow yourself time to park and find a seat.  We have Parking Lot Greeters that will assist you in finding the right place to park based on your needs.

What Should I Wear?

You will find many variations of dress in our congregation. While most women wear dresses and men wear button up shirts, dress pants or jeans are considered appropriate and ties are not required. Our focus is worshiping and connecting with Christ, not what you wear.

What are your beliefs?

A detailed description of our beliefs can be found on the “Our Beliefs” page that you can get to from the link at the top or bottom of our site or by clicking here.

What kind of worship service do you have?

Our worship service includes traditional hymns mixed with modern choruses. On first Sunday, our youth department leads a powerful worship service you are sure to love. Whether you love contemporary or traditional styles, our worship service has something for everyone.

What do you provide for my children and youth?

Our children’s church service is offered during normal service times (with very few exceptions) for all children ages 3-11. More information about services and upcoming events can be found on our Children’s Ministry page.

Wednesday night is all about the youth when they take over the gym and have their very own worship service. Contemporary songs are led by members of our youth with a message delivered by our Youth Pastor to follow. Sunday morning also has more to offer for the youth in the form of a Sunday School class led by our Youth Pastor. To learn more about our Youth Program and get the latest on upcoming events, see our Youth Ministry page.

How can I have someone pray with me?

Our church is filled with wonderful Christians who are eager to pray with you. If at anytime you feel in need of prayer our altar opens the moment our doors do. When you come to the altar, dedicated prayer intercessors from our congregation will be asked to come and help you pray for whatever needs you have.

How can I get involved?

We are excited that you are interested in getting more involved in our local church. We have several areas that are in need of great volunteers like you! For more information on how you can make a difference in our church please take time to speak with our pastor and learn more about the areas you’re needed. If you would like to volunteer in a particular area you may contact the specific directors listed on Our Leadership page.

I still want more information.

Have questions that aren’t listed? No problem! All additional questions can be submitted to us from the Contact Us Page, and one of our team members will be with you shortly. While it is our goal to respond to you as quickly as possible, please understand that responses may take time.
